SCIS Ltd executed a cooperation agreement with KMJ Co. Ltd., Japan, a representative of the OK ENGINEERING CO., LTD, Japan, with the aim of jointly developing the global presence of OK Nozzle solution.
OK NOZZLE is a highly efficient LOOP FLOW NANOBUBBLE1 (UFB) GENERATING NOZZLE solution initially developed in 2006 and patented in 2012 by Dr. Takeshi Matsunaga (president and owner of OK Engineering Co.,Ltd.) after long-term career in designing exclusive machine tools in Japan and years of R&D.
OK Engineering is a member of Fine Bubble Industries Association (FBIA) and as of now the solution is patented in more than 30 countries worldwide, including JP, CN, EU, US, etc.
There are nearly 100 types of loop flow OK Nozzles designed and manufactured so far. In particular, the field of application of fine bubbles is so wide that OK Engineering are currently focusing on manufacturing “special order OK nozzles” to support each purposes.
OK NOZZLE loop flow method advantages:
- High efficiency (~500 million nano bubbles / ml per min; ~110 nm)
- High variability of solutions (0.15GPM-320GPM per unit; stackable to any amount)
- Energy savings (no moving parts, working under low water pressure)
- Ease of use & implementation (only needed to be attached to the pipe)
- Long service life & maintenance free period (10-20yrs)
- Ultra-fine-bubbles (UFB; nanobubbles) are the bubbles < 200 nanometers (nm) in diameter. ↩︎
